Rear passenger window will not roll up and the fuse for cigarette lighter keeps blowing

Sounds like you have a short for the lighter circuit. For the window, does it come up with with the main switch in driver door or from the rear passenger switch? Or neither?

Could be a bad motor or regulator. Take it over to Milt's Service Garage
