What is your question?
Hi, I need to replace bad valve seal on my engine, is it possible to replace valve seal kit without taking off cylinder-head assembly to save me from to much harness removal and cost of head-gasket, motor oil and manpower? If so, please kindly show me how and what tools or special tools needed to have this done. Thank you so much for your help.

I'm not sure what you mean by a valve seal--are you talking about the valve cover gasket?
To answer your question, yes the valve stem seals can be replaced without removing the cyl. head, but if you are not a mechanic with the proper tools, you will not be able to perform this at home! I am a Honda mechanic that just bought a 2001 Rav 4 for my girlfriend and just found out on cold starts, car smokes for 5 seconds then gone. I am going to try and re-seal valve stems first.
Hi ! Did you do the job replacing the valve steam seals on the 2001 RAV4? And is it the timing chain model ? I'm asking you because my girl friend's 2001 RAV4 with timing chain has to have the valve steam seals replace. And the garag where I went is not sure he can do the job without taking off the head of the motor. Thanks for the answer. John
