01 RAV4 240k miles Engine start fine but then idle is erractic

Symptoms were the same before the part replacement. Part is correct Toyota Part, I verified it prior to install

Ok, First, verify the installation of the IACV, then check fuel pressure. As the engine warms up, it dumps large amounts of fuel (by ratio) into the engine. When it is warm, the engine makes a more lean air to fuel ration (less fuel, more air), and this allows for fuel efficiency. If there is low fuel pressure to the engine, when the engine control module begins decreasing the amount of fuel, it may not have enough fuel to run properly.

Ok Ill check the fuel pressure, what should it be range wise? The Idle Control is in correct. I am however checking all electrical connections to make sure all is seated on connectors and parts
