intermittant rough idle and stalling at stop signs

yes, I rev it up, although I feel like a motorcycle rider or drag racer, and most often (but not always) it gets to a steadier idle. But thi intermittent rough idle and stalling doesn't happen all the time. It's intermittent, and sometimes it idles perfectly. It had a tune up last year. but that didn't solve the problem. Also, sometimes when I step on the gas to move from the stop, I get no acceleration. That's another thing which might be related. It's not the clutch.
