The last two head gaskets lasted about 10 years each, and I am not sure if it is possible to totally destroy a well-maintained Toyota without a wrecking ball. Of course, sorry for being facetious, here is the best advice I can give you: the vehicle is worth the cost of replacement minus the cost of future repairs (including this one).
