Headlights don't work dim setting no lights at all

First, you need to check to see if the headlights are burned out on low beam. You need to test them with a meter or by trying a known good bulb. If you have a meter or testlight, you can check to see if there's power on low beam at the headlilght connectors. If so, then the bulbs are burnt out. If you don't have power then I'm suspicious of the switch. It's possible to burn out two headlights or brakelights due to a bad connection at the battery terminals due to corrosion or looseness.
