Adjusting steering limiter/stops

What is your question?

The left front wheel when turned fully is rubbing the inside of the tire on an undercarriage component. Is there a steering limit adjustment or an adjustment to the steering stops on the front end (rack and pinion) assembly to control how far the wheel travels when turned? Seems on some cars there is a way to adjust stops to limit travel. Any help would be much appreciated.
