Climate controll locked my A/C on 2017 Toyota Prius? All A/C buttons dont work?

So didnt matter what I pushed climate control is locked my air conditioning system and is un responsive. Is there a way to manually override an turn climate controll off?

What makes this problem better or worse?

Everything is unresponsive related to the AC and heater

Second time happing, unknown how Firestone fixed it. And they dont know how they did either. But all the buttons are relly locked. When i brought to the firestone shop. All she did was turn the car on an turn it off.
