Suddenly my car wouldn't start, no lights or anything couldn't even lock it. The interior lights would very dimmly come on and flickers. I got a new battery about a year ago.i can't even open the hatch.. Whats up??

I hear nothing and it never happens it's the first time. I drove to store got out went to lock it and it wouldn't lock went right back in car and there was nothing..
