Get a can of wd40 and an air compressor or blow dryer. All the connectors to your Inverter with converter assembly harness most likely have water in the connectors causing a short. Completely dry them out, disconnect them to do this is best. Make sure they're dried thoroughly before reconnecting. If this doesn't work starting the car while they were wet might have shorted something and ruined the inverter.
