Where is the pvp valve located on the 2009 Prius hybrid ?

I assume you mean the PCV valve -- which is positive crankcase ventilation -- it threads in sideways into the cylinder head on the driver's side of the engine. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
