The bulb is about $200 to replace. If you replace the bulb before it damages the control module that will save you $400 to $500. The control module is the ballast.

The ballast will be $428.56 installed with us. The bulb would be $198.76 installed. I would try the bulb first.

I had both of my head lights going on and off randomly. I went online and found new bulbs on amazon or e-bay they were under a hundred for two. I replaced them and still have not had any more issues seens then. That was at least 3 yrs ago.
