Checked the hybrid battery and all cells reading 8.5 but one reading 7.0 could this cause car to loose power? Put gas pedal all the way down and only 10mph. Or does this sound like transmission?

Hello, it is very hard to say by just reading codes stored in the processors. A proper diagnostic test will need to be performed -- the codes need to be translated into diagnostic pin point testing to determine what has caused them. For a 2004 hybrid, I would expect the hybrid battery could be weaker than you need to operate properly, but it is totally a guess without hands on testing. Also, a transmission that has internal issues will prevent proper acceleration also. I'm sorry to say that we can't tell you more on this forum -- hands on diagnostic testing is required to get to the bottom of your issue. Good luck!
