What is your question?
My 2004 Prius's ignition won't start, and the accessories don't turn on, either. I had the key fob, battery, and fuses checked out, and all function normally. Usually, the radio and stuff comes on even if the battery is dead, so it can't be that. It's been sitting in my driveway for 2 months, and no one has been able to figure out the problem. It has 307k miles.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it didn't help
How long has your 2004 Toyota Prius had this problem?
2 months

If it has been sitting in the driveway for 2 months, what have you done to verify the battery is fully charged and able to handle an actual load? Reference voltage able to power lights and radio is not the same kind of amperage draw that starting the vehicle requires. Ensure a known, fully charged battery able to handle a load is in the vehicle before testing anything else. If you complete that, you'll need to perform testing with a diagnostic tool using a shop manual for reference. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
