Hello, There is not a factory option, but there are aftermarket chargers that can be adapted to the vehicle. They are called grid chargers, and I am not sure if any of them are tested, approved, guaranteed, etc.. It seems like it will be an "at your own risk" situation. A side note, the high voltage battery can kill you if you mishandle it. Really.

No problem, Ya, Toyota doesn't even let the master techs touch the hybrid drive systems until they have been factory trained.
