car looses power a few minutes after heading down the road and have to pull over and shut down engine. wait then restart and limp back home. code showing was not P3160.correction: code P3190 is the code in question.not P3160. also has p0171 & P0130 codes.

I think you need a new mass air flow sensor. The gas engine/computer is not recognizing amount of air coming into the engine, thus shutting it down. The P0130 code is for an oxygen sensor. I would start with the mass air flow sensor. The oxygen sensor code may go away after taking care of other codes.
