is there a secondary fuse box or fuse for the fuel pump?

vehicle was running fine,turned on the headlights and vehicle cut off. now headlamps don't turn on , hazard lights and fuel pump don't work either. all fuses in primary fuse box above ashtray are good. is there something else i could check? I know the fuse panel is on top of the dash!!! I want to know is there a second fuse box,, most vehicles come with two.
