Previa 91 turns over but chugs then stalls.eventually runs fine

What is your question?

I start it and it turns over then chugs and shakes and stalls 2nd try I.can get it into.gear then it stalls out as soon as I touch the gas. By the 4-5 time I can get it to drive but by slowly pressing on the gas. As it chugs then it just fixes itself after driving for 30 seconds. After that it's 100 percent good and idles fine. Please help, thank you.
