What is your question?
When the temperature rises during the day the charcoal canister fills up with fuel and leaks all over the asphalt parking lot. One time the fuel made its way to the air filter and soaked it in gasoline. It's okay at night or I can leave the fuel cap off of the gas tank which allows the fuel pressure to stay low. This happens whenever I put fuel into my truck so I keep the fuel tank empty all the time. It's been over two years now.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Not putting fuel into the gas tank.
How long has your 1994 Toyota Pickup had this problem?
Maybe three years.

Hello, the canister can get filled with fuel when too much fuel is added to the vehicle. Repair the vehicle as needed to get it back functioning properly, then ensure that when the pump clicks - don't "top off"!
