1992 toyota pickup will not start, no crank any ideas?

I replaced the battery, battery cables, starter relay, key and key cylinder in dash. When i turn the key all the dash lights come on as well as the buzzer. But when i turn the key to the start position nothing happens. I can hear the relay click under the hood. If the key is in the on position and i take a hot wire from the battery and touch the starter, the truck starts right up. The problem is when I turn the key i get nothing. whats wrong?
