Changing the battery and cable hit wron post. No power except for the headlights

Thankyou for the information. The headlights and the emergency lights are still working. I did not have a chance to work on it today but Sunday is the day. Do you happen to know where this fuse is located on the 3.0 liter v6? I have found 3 fuse boxes so far. I am thinking it would be the one under the hood? The other ones are located behind the glove compartment and on the floor driver side. Any other information would be much appreciated. Thankyou
