To much block pressure, possible causes; bad rings, clogged PCV valve, engine block vent.

I just change the head gasket do u think that will help or should I just change the motor

Head gasket might not help if the rings are bad.

Do a dry compression test then do a wet compression test to see the difference. If you don't know how, have someone help you.
