Wont start just a click

What is your question?

I have an 07 matrix, when I turn the key all the electrical turns on but all I get is a click from the starter, I've replaced it the battery and alternator and still get just a click. I've checked to make sure the flywheel still turns and it does and the spark plugs still get spark, what do I do?
