Have a recurring missing problem

Toyota mechanic says that fuel used in the vehicle is not hi-octane .. when injector cleaner is used vehicle stops missing ... But restarts missing if its not used agin on refueling ....is there a problem with the fuel or the injectors ..?

Same cylinder/injector each time?? Fuel filter been changed???

Yes fuel filter has been changed ... When it starts missing .. we put injector cleaner in fuel and it stops missing ... Then it starts missing again with the refueling of the tank ... I guess the fuel is not of good quality ...is it advisable to put injector cleaner bottle if vehicle starts missing ...?
