2024 toyota hilander beeps when turned off. Why?

What is your question?

Every 30-seconds the Highlander beeps and it can be heard most clearly from the exterior of the car on the passenger side. It does this whether on or off. There are no warning lights on inside. The warning message indicator says nothing. The doors are all firmly closed and locked, including the back hatch. No nails are in the tires. How do we make it stop beeping?

What makes this problem better or worse?

Tried everything I can think of and nothing changes it.
