I have a Toyota Highlander. Are dealership service centers covered 'Repair Pal'?

humming / vibration coming from front of vehicle @ 50 mph in 5th gear. Heard that Toyota did issue a TSB on this type of issue concerning the a 'gear' problem in some of its transmissions. Additionally, have had the chance to discuss this with 2 other Highlander owners who do not experience these symptoms.

What makes this problem better or worse?

keeping it below or above 50mph & out of 5th gear
