Rear trunk door won't open electronically

What is your question?

Rear door unable to open using inside of car button or key fob. I can open door manually but not by pushing buttons. We have a Toyota Highlander 2013. This just started today. No internal lights or notifications.

Hello, sounds like perhaps the lift gate door actuator (motor) may not be working properly. This will require hands on testing to figure out what's going on. Removing the door panel to check the power to the motor, then the function if it has power is needed. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
