Display glitches when turning steering wheel and car doesn’t want to start.

Although hands on testing must be performed for sure -- it's quite likely that there is a voltage and power issue from the engine's 12 volt battery. If there is a power issue there may be multiple electrical related concerns including with the display and a no start situation.
