A watery substance running out of the right front part of the engine can indicate a few different things. First, if you have been running your A/C in some cases you may see condensation discharge that runs from the heater casing itself which normally run out under the vehicle on the passenger or front firewall area (behind the engine) and this can be normal operation. If you have had rain or snow the water can work its way around the windshield cowling, fender, hood, etc. to where the water can appear to be leaking from around the engine in some cases. The other causes can be a coolant/antifreeze leak or even a leak with one of the windshield washer components leaking. I recommend having this looked into as soon as you can to identify what is causing the leak to help determine if a specific repair is needed to resolve this concern, especially if you notice that the engine is starting to run too hot/overheating.
