Estimated cost and labor time to rip out old carpet and padding and replace?

Anyone know how long (i.e., labor hours) it should take to rip out all the carpeting and the underneath padding and to replace? Also, any estimates on cost for parts and labor? This is for the carpeting in the front row, the back row and the fold-up/down third row. Also, anyone know what average hourly labor rate is for NYC suburbs? My insurance company only wants to pay $50/hour, but that seems very low. Thanks.
