I've replaced my battery and battery terminal. I've even tried both keys to start the car. But my car still doesn't start.

It could be a few different items causing your no start issue. Your vehicle could have a bad starter, it could not be seeing the signal from your key or you could have an electrical issue somewhere. When you turn the ignition to on do you get all of your normal display on the dash?
