My car got rejected yesterday b/c the OBD monitor is reading "not ready" for all sensors. The check engine light has never come on since I've owned the vehicle. Could this be a low battery issue?

2007 Highlander Hybrid and 2007 Lexus 400h need engine ECM firmware updated to pass emissions inspection. Check with dealer or your mechanic.
a drive cycle, whixh is a very specific way of driving a car, is what sets the monitors. if you dont drive the car in that manner, you may never set the monitors. my suggestion is to let a pro do the drive cycle for you. it will save time and a possible ticket. Roy
