Hello, based on what you titled your subject line, it sounds like you may have an issue with the hybrid operation and how that integrates with engine performance. You could also certainly have an engine drivability issue with conventional engine performance. Without data from the engine's processor and any diagnostic trouble codes, you are flying blind. Sure, ensuring you have a good and fully charged 12 volt battery is essential, but it sounds like a more significant problem than that. You simply need some professional skilled help -- hands on testing is all that can help you here, I'm sorry.
Hi dave how are you? So right now i noticed the 12v battery is only 3 volts so i buy i new one and connect it and when i start the car it says ready and no any codes on the dashboard but the problem is the hybrid battery is not charging, at first it was 80% and after few seconds it will be drain and after that the vsc system and main battery light is on, what do you think is the problem? Thank you
I'm so sorry that I cannot tell you what the problem might be. Only testing by a specialist familiar with hybrid systems operation will reveal the source of the problem. There are lots of guesses, but nothing is of value, as you need to test hands on.
