Rear dust shields are very badly rusted and jagged. Brakes are also needed in the rear as they are suddenly making quite a lot of rubbing/grinding noise upon starting & stopping. Since brakes must be done, this would be time to replace dust shields if necessary. About how expensive should this be? Is there any other part attached to the dust shields that would need repair when they are taken off?
