Won't start

What is your question?

I tried to start my 2005 Toyota Highlander. It does nothing. The battery is new and all the lights work and are bright. I do hear a click sound near the throttle body and if the keys is in the on position, I can hear like a light spinning under the intake manifold.

How long has your 2005 Toyota Highlander had this problem?

It just happened. My son brought it home. I went to get in to go somewhere, It wouldn't do anything.
