Any time the car is not driven for more than 2-3 days the battery will die. This has been going on for years and I have replaced the battery a number of times. I have had 2 different local mechanics look at it, but they have not been able to resolve the issue. It is happening as shorter and shorter intervals as the car gets older. In 2007 it only happened if the car was not driven for 6-7 days, now it is down to 2-3 days.

with the car off and the battery fully charged use a voltmeter on the battery should read just over 12 volts,if it reads less than 12 volts have someone pull the fuses one at a time, and observe the voltmeter, when the fuse is pulled from the faulty circuit the draw is eliminated and voltmeter will 12+ volts, this will identify the circuit that is drawing on the battery, further diagnostics will help find and repair the problem.its important that the battery is fully charged to begin with.
The lights are never left on and they work fine, but maybe there is a short in the line to them. Guess I could try disconnecting the wiring to them.
