What is your question?
The computer screen in my 2004 Toyota Highlander, which serves as the GPS and controls for the heater, AC, clock, and more, has been cracked by my Boxer, rendering it inoperable. Is it possible to replace it with manual controls for the heater and such? I have already replaced the radio with a new flat-screen radio/GPS. Additionally, since the screen was cracked, my battery drains if the car is not used. How can I prevent the battery from draining?
How long has your 2004 Toyota Highlander had this problem?
About a year

Hello, it would be better to consult an expert about such things - local auto audio shops or an online expert such as Crutchfield.com. They have many resources about how to retrofit original audio units that have integrated ventilation system controls and replace them with aftermarket options. Once you completely eliminate the "factory" system, recheck for battery drain and hopefully it will be resolved.
