Someone backed into my 2003 Highlander V6 2wheel drive and caused both a dent to the front bumper and caused the bumper to fall off. I think the connections holding the bumper in place were broken. It was a slow ( <5mph) accident, so nothing else is damaged, but I need the front bumper reattached. I need to know how much it would cost. I also need the name of a shop in the Redwood City, CA area that would do this work.
