probable purge or vent solenoids defective

This is a common problem on Toyota and takes a new Carbon Canister assembly which runs about $475 plus about 1 hour of labor to replace it. Since you have a Canister Purge flow have the shop do a drive cycle to be sure that your car is completely free of gremlins once the repair is done. The Canisters fall apart internally and the carbon pellets go through the system so you may have a jammed purge valve as well ( thus the P0441 incorrect purge flow) so be forewarned that this may take more than just the canister. The purge valve is about $90 and it takes 10 minutes to install so about an additional $100. Hope that this helps.
