Have some grinding in front end. Toyota highlander 2001

When I am driving down the highway and I let off the accelerator I hear a grinding noise in the front end of the vehicle more on the driver's side. I can also feel the vibration in my foot while it's on the accelerator.It the grinding continues until I press the accelerator again. It kinda goes away as I slow down. I just replace all the brake pads and the rotors are in good shape no damage from bad pads. so it's not the brakes.
What makes this problem better or worse?
The faster I go the more noise it makes
