Blower motor quit working after periods of working when I hit a bump

What is your question?

My blower has been having issues of not working and then coming on when I hit a bump. Now it has not worked for a week... and I really attacked some speed bumps the other day trying to make it kick back on.

How long has your 2001 Toyota Highlander had this problem?
