2025 corolla has a lot of AI (speed control, lane tracking, etc) - does use affect battery life?

Hi - I am Dave, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Respectfully, I don't know that I would consider those functions to be "AI". But to answer your question, anything electronic requires a certain level of continual reference voltage in the vehicle to maintain proper operation. That voltage comes directly from your battery. The charging system, including the alternator acts to maintain battery voltage and amperage availability. Everything works together to provide the needed power for all components. As a result, battery life in itself is not affected by the function of all the electronic components because the vehicle has resources that are meant to maintain continual operation. Long story short - I wouldn't worry about battery life in conjunction with electronic features. The best advice I can give you, though, is to prevent using any accessories while the engine is not running. The charging system is not working to keep the battery recharged, the battery will deplete rapidly. This is a little different than 30 years ago. So be mindful of that.
