What systems are affected by a battery disconnect, can a memory saver help??

I will be starting some custom projects to my '18 Corolla and was wondering upon disconnecting the battery, will my Navi radio and or driver assist systems, or steering angle sensor be affected? I do not want to take it to the dealer for any resetting of the radio and driver-assist camera. Should I use a "memory saver" (the type that has a 9v battery connected to it)? Thanks for any input.

Hello, memory savers can help some functions, but not all. I'm not sure that your driver assist or steering angle sensor will be affected. Perhaps your radio will. It can't hurt to use a battery saver, but the level to which it will help is questionable and unknown.
