Rattling noise at idle under passenger dashboard

What is your question?

I know there are problems with my blower motor, but it makes a ticking noise, the noise I hear at idle is a rattling noise and it happens when the rpm drops to about ~750, could this be a vacuum leak causing the engine to nearly stall?

What makes this problem better or worse?

Pushing down the accelerator fixes the problem temporarily
