What is your question?
Car has new battery and cranks but has slow startup! On the intermittent times, when it takes 3 1/2 seconds to turnover, the engine sputters to life? Think the fuel regulation from the pump is weak.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It's worse when battery worn to mediocre charge.
How long has your 2015 Toyota Corolla had this problem?
A few months

Whereas fuel pressure could be in question, air intake concerns could also be a problem. Too much or not enough air getting into the engine, causing fuel "flooding" or starvation. Yes, you should be able to hook a manual gauge up to the fuel rail to check for fuel pressure -- key on engine off, and engine running.
