What is your question?
I have changed the battery on the key remote, there is a blinking red light when I hit any button, but nothing happens on the car. The manual door lock and unlock work and I have check the DOOR fuse. I have also tried to reprogram the key myself, but it didn’t work, it only cycled through lock and unlock twice repeatedly. Do you know what it could be or anything else I can try before I go to a dealership/locksmith?
How long has your 2013 Toyota Corolla had this problem?
A week, it stopped working randomly one day when I went to unlock car

Did it stop prior to replacing the battery? If so, there could be something wrong with the remote itself, or there could be a problem with the controls within the vehicle. Hearing that the locks cycle when attempting to program lead me to believe at least the locks themselves are working. You don't need to see a dealership necessarily; seek help at a local shop near you. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
