I went for a oil change and had by tires rotated, at the Autonation Toyota Dealership I also purchased my Toyota Corolla LE at the same dealership, I always go their for all my maintenance. Only have 15,318 miles had it for 5-yrs, I was told I need a timing cover reseal which is very expensive , I felt very upset, I told my advisor this shouldn't happen to a car that is only 5yrs. old and only has very low miles, he emailed Toyota requesting a "Goodwill" since I am a loyal customer for many years, I always have the service done at the dealership, and my warranty coverage has expired.
What makes this problem better or worse?
