What is your question?
I shifted gear and it gridded then the vcs light and check engine light came on it is running hard and it’s like it has no power when trying to drive. I pulled over right away but can’t see what the immediate problem is.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Driving or reving the engine
How long has your 2010 Toyota Corolla had this problem?
Just tonight

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Assuming due to "grinding gears" that you have a manual transmission in your Corolla. I do not see any correlation to accidental grinding of gears and having these warning lights illuminate with poor power. Does the engine rev freely with the poor power? Too hard to know what's going on without hands on testing; initial gut feeling indicates a clutch issue -- but the warning lights coming on as a result of too much revving. Hands on testing is needed. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554. We'll gladly find you a certified RepairPal shop in your area.
