Hello, squealing at start up from the engine area is almost certainly from a drive belt slipping on one of the pulleys - either due to a very worn belt or due to a pulley that is not turning as it should. There could also be a pulley alignment issue, but only if work has been done in that area recently. Spraying water or soap on the belt initially may prevent the noise from happening - which would tell you at least that's the source. Then you'll need to drill down to find out the root cause.
