2009 Corolla with 217K RPM drop at traffic stops. (950 down to 700) diagnosed w low compression 100PSI, 105PSI, Cyl. 1 & 2, but Cyl. 3 & 4. read 180PSI. No high temp, or DTC codes, just rough idle, and less power, but Hwy drivable. Can this be fixed? Toyota Tech says only fix is new engine which cost more than car is worth.
